Registration and use of phream is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. This minimum age requirement is a hard rule with no exceptions, and it reflects both the platform's internal policy and the legal framework governing online gaming in the Philippines. Any person who is under 18 years old is expressly prohibited from creating an account, depositing funds, claiming bonuses, or participating in any game available on the phream platform.

By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and that you will remain eligible under applicable Philippine law for the duration of your membership. phream may request documentation to verify your age and identity at any point, including at the time of registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or as part of an ongoing account review. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents will result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

In addition to the age requirement, you must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming platforms is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of phream complies with the laws of your location. phream does not accept registrations from individuals in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law. The platform is designed to serve players in the Philippines, and all marketing, content, and payment infrastructure is built around the Philippine market and regulatory context.

As a member of phream, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — personal entertainment through the games and features made available to you. You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any activity that violates Philippine law or applicable international regulations. Any suspicion of financial crime or fraud will result in immediate account suspension, referral to relevant authorities, and permanent forfeiture of all account balances pending investigation.

You agree not to attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any game, system, bonus, promotion, or technical feature offered by phream. This includes the use of automated bots, scripts, exploit techniques, collusion with other players, or any method designed to gain an unfair advantage over other users or over the platform itself. Any winnings generated through unfair means are considered void and will not be paid out. phream employs monitoring tools to detect irregular patterns of play, and any account flagged through these systems will be reviewed and may be suspended without prior notice.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of phream does not negatively affect other members. Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward phream staff or other players — whether communicated through the platform's in-game features, support channels, or any associated communication medium — will result in disciplinary action up to and including permanent account closure. phream is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and respectful environment for all members, and violations of this standard will not be tolerated.

All deposits, withdrawals, and in-platform balances on phream are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion required for Filipino players using local payment methods, and your account balance always reflects your funds in PHP without any hidden exchange rate adjustments. The payment channels available for deposits and withdrawals are displayed within your phream account, and phream reserves the right to update, add, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to members.

Deposits made to your phream account must originate from a payment account or method held in your own name. The use of payment methods belonging to another person is not permitted and constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions. phream performs anti-money-laundering checks on transactions as required by applicable regulations, and all large or unusual transactions may be subject to additional verification before they are processed. Any transaction deemed to be suspicious or potentially fraudulent will be frozen pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and account verification procedures. phream will not process withdrawals to a payment account other than one held in the member's verified name. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, as well as expected processing timeframes, are stated clearly within the platform and in the FAQ. phream does not impose hidden fees on standard withdrawal transactions, but third-party payment providers may apply their own processing charges that are outside phream's control. Bonus balances are subject to the specific wagering requirements stated in each promotion's terms before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.

phream reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the account holder has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: providing false registration information, creating multiple accounts, engaging in fraudulent activity, attempting to manipulate games or systems, failure to complete identity verification, or any conduct that phream reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform or to other members.

In cases where an account is closed due to a violation of these terms, phream reserves the right to withhold all funds — including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances — pending a full investigation. If the investigation confirms that a breach occurred, phream may permanently forfeit those funds in accordance with its anti-fraud policies. Where an account is closed for a reason unrelated to a breach of terms — such as a member voluntarily closing their account or a self-exclusion request — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the member through the same payment method used for deposits, after applicable verification procedures are completed.

Members who wish to close their own phream account may do so by contacting the support team directly through the in-account support channels. Requests for voluntary account closure will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Prior to closure, any active bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be removed from the account. phream also supports self-exclusion requests for members who wish to temporarily or permanently restrict their own access to the platform as part of responsible gaming management. The phream platform may reference or link to third-party services including payment processors, game software providers, and identity verification services. These third-party services operate independently of phream and are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. phream does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service, and the inclusion of a reference to such a service does not constitute a warranty or endorsement of any kind.

When you use a third-party payment service to deposit or withdraw funds, that transaction is subject to both these phream Terms and Conditions and the terms of the payment provider. Any disputes arising from a third-party service must be resolved directly with that service provider. phream will cooperate where possible in investigating transaction discrepancies but cannot guarantee resolution of issues that originate on the third-party side of a transaction. Members should review the terms of any payment provider they use before initiating a transaction.

phream is not responsible for any loss or damage that may result from your reliance on or use of third-party services accessed in connection with the phream platform. If a third-party service becomes unavailable or changes its terms in a way that affects its integration with phream, the platform will endeavour to provide alternative options for affected members as quickly as reasonably practicable. phream's Privacy Policy contains further details on how member data may be shared with authorised third-party service providers in the course of platform operations.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable gaming regulations and consumer protection statutes. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the phream platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies located in the Philippines, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, phream encourages members to contact the platform's support team to attempt to resolve disputes informally. Many account and payment issues can be resolved efficiently through direct communication with the phream support team, and the platform commits to responding to dispute notifications promptly and in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, either party may pursue available legal remedies under Philippine law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits a member's right to seek legal recourse through appropriate Philippine regulatory bodies or consumer protection agencies where such rights are guaranteed by law. phream's commitment to operating transparently and in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations is a core part of how the platform conducts itself, and that commitment extends to the way disputes are handled.
